[E-trademarks] Referral request

Hello all, happy Wednesday.

I know someone who is being sued in the Northern District of Georgia, Gainesville Division, for:  I. Federal trademark infringement; II. Federal Unfair Competition, and III. State Trademark Infringement, among some other add in counts.  There are several valid defenses, not the least of which is believed to be prior use.

Looking for recommendations in Georgia to potentially take this on.  Off list please, and then we will go through conflicts checks, and then provide more detail.
