[E-trademarks] Some Documents not visible in TSDR?

Hi All,

I was trying to look up the disposition on a couple of marks that my
clients had questions about and TSDR appears not to have that information
anymore.

For example, this mark
<https://tsdr.uspto.gov/#caseNumber=78048189&caseSearchType=US_APPLICATION&caseType=DEFAULT&searchType=statusSearch>
for "Knowledge Engine" says there was an office action & an abandonment,
but the documents tab only has the application, not the office action or
the notice of abandonment.  eBiz says everything is working.

In the past, I've had it come up with no documents in the Documents tab,
but not some documents while others are missing. Am I missing something?
And is there a way to get to these documents without emailing the USPTO and
requesting them?
