[E-trademarks] Signature problem

I have had the misfortune to be forced to make use of Trademark Center 
for about twenty tasks since the shutdown of TEAS in January.

For each of these tasks, I have lost money on the task.  I estimate that 
the developers of Trademark Center have cost me at least five thousand 
dollars in lost income during this time.
