[E-trademarks] Signature problem

I just this past week managed to submit an ROA where the email with the
link to submit wasn't generated.  TEAS suggested it was due to me not
submitting prior to their 1 April "during the work week middle of the day"
software update, but it was started after that, so...

Starting from scratch and uploading a screenshot of the previously created
signature page as the signature declaration has resolved the issue (at my
time and expense).
