[E-trademarks] Referral Requested Saudi Arabia

Folks,

Requesting a referral for a trademark practitioner for filing a mark application on behalf of a client in Saudi Arabia.  Client has a US based Registration but it appears that I cannot file through Madrid Protocol forms through USPTO.
