[E-trademarks] Off-list request: looking for remote paralegal

Hi all - please feel free to respond off-list if you have any suggestions.

We're looking for a talented paralegal to support our firm on a remote, 
as-needed basis—roughly 5–20 hours per week to start, with room to grow. 
Core work will involve:

  * Business formations and transactional drafting
  * Corporate governance and compliance
  * Contract review/redlining
  * Trademark filing and maintenance
  * Personal injury file support (medical record retrieval,
    pre-litigation investigation coordination, discovery management,
    demand package generation, pleadings and court filings, etc.)

The candidate doesn't need to already have expert-level knowledge of all 
of the above, as long as they have a willingness to learn.

Key details

  * 100% remote, U.S.-based candidates only. They do not have to be in
    California, which is where we are based.
  * Flexible schedule; quick email/text chat responsiveness during
    business hours
  * Must be comfortable working under a confidentiality agreement and
    using our cloud tools (Clio, Google Suite)
  * Competitive hourly rate
