[E-trademarks] TM attorney needed for Iran

All,

I need an attorney in Iran to reach out to a whole bunch of distributors in Iran who are selling unauthorized (and possibly counterfeit) versions of my client's product - tattoo ink. The mark is registered in Iran (amazingly) thru Madrid. Apparently, while not technically illegal in Iran, tattoos are taboo in Iran and considered anti-cultural and thus exposes practitioners etc. to arrest via that route. My client has an exclusive authorized distributor in Dubai. We think the infringers are obtaining the products through China and given the nature of the product, this could be a health hazard as well.

I feel the context is highly informative to the attorney to whom it ends up referred to, therefore the complicated explanation! (I don't want to offend my potential co-counsel.)
