[E-trademarks] first oddity of the day in Trademark Center

Very early on in the click path for TC, the would-be filer is forced to
enter into an adhesion contract by means of a check box, one of the
terms of which is:
you acknowledge and agree that YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO CONFIDENTIALITY
in the information disclosed.
This is false. The Trademark Office promises its customers that indeed
the applicant domicile address and applicant email address will be kept
in confidence.
It seems to me that the developers of TC need to correct this part of
the adhesion contract. An example of non-false wording might be:
you acknowledge and agree that aside from the the applicant
domicile address and applicant email address, YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO
CONFIDENTIALITY in the information disclosed.
