[E-trademarks] fourth oddity of the day in Trademark Center

Today I was trying to prepare a trademark application in Trademark 
Center.  The click path brought me to the place where I would enter the 
applicant name.

The way I remember it from a few months ago, supposedly the filer can 
drag and drop a "contact" from the "address book" in the filer's 
profile.  But is that gone now?  Did this feature disappear in the 
January 18, 2025 version of TC?  I was not able to find it today in TC.
