[E-trademarks] first oddity of the day in Trademark Center

That language was in the “old” application as well, and I always wondered why they never fixed that inconsistency. From what you report, it sounds like it was just carried through to the new TC applications.

This is false.  The Trademark Office promises its customers that indeed the applicant domicile address and applicant email address will be kept in confidence.

It seems to me that the developers of TC need to correct this part of the adhesion contract.  An example of non-false wording might be:

 you acknowledge and agree that aside from the the applicant domicile address and applicant email address, YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO CONFIDENTIALITY in the information disclosed.
