[E-trademarks] third oddity of the day in Trademark Center

Hello all,

Related to this issue that Carl describes, I have run into a critical
technical issue that won't allow me to finalize my draft. I have prepared
an application in four classes based on 44d to four different foreign
applications for the same mark. Two of those classes have numerous food
items such that the good listing does not fit in a single screen the way
that the new center has things listed to be mobile friendly (why??).
Anyhow, as Carl mentioned, when doing this you can't simply state that the
foreign application applies TO THE ENTIRE CLASS and makes you select the
individual goods individually, but it doesn't display the full listing of
goods and since I can't select all the goods I am stuck with this red
warning that won't let me move forward with the application. (keep reading
below)...

I tried to go back to the two classes that have these issues and add
another 44d claim to select the goods that I wasn't able to select already,
but it keeps listing the same 18 goods and doesn't let me scroll to the
other goods that don't yet have the 44d claim attached to them. The only
option left is to click on the checkbox that says "Provide information
later (fees apply)" but I don't want to do that! [image: Screenshot
