[E-trademarks] third oddity of the day in Trademark Center

Thank you.  I must have missed this.

But yes, there are half a dozen places along the click paths in TC where 
some crucial thing is "below the fold", far off-screen, and the only way 
to see the crucial thing is to scroll and scroll and eventually find the 
crucial thing.  Thanks to you I am now tipped off that this thing that I 
am griping about is on that list of "below the fold" crucial things.
