[E-trademarks] third oddity of the day in Trademark Center

Carl,

In a clear as mud design choice, at the bottom of the list of the goods /
services, there is a statement that if no box is checked, the whatever (44e
reg, specimen) applies to all items. Placing that option at the bottom of
the list in many cases, put the important information out of view until one
has gone through the exercise of checking boxes.
