[E-trademarks] Try Not To Laugh! 99028710 - БЪЛГАРИКА (A Standard Character Mark)

The Cyrillic rendered in Latin is just what the description says --
Bulgarica. The second character is a surprise to me
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hard_sign   In Russian the letter  Ъ is a
"hard sign" that turns the preceding letter from its soft palatalized form
to a more open tongue, labial form.  But in Bulgarian, in 1945, the letter
Ъ was changed from a non-pronounced letter to a vowel sound, close to our
schwa  /ə/ in b*u*tter.  Who knew.
