[E-trademarks] Suggestions for ID Manual additions

I've done a lot of experiments with suggestions to the ID Manual over the
last year. They usually respond to suggestions within a few days. The
suggestions themselves usually get added to the Manual within a week or two.

I don't know if the fact that an ID has been accepted in various pending
applications really has much of an effect on ID/Class's decision on whether
to add it to the manual or not, but I certainly don't think it would hurt.
They have very strict rules for the content of suggestion emails though, so
it's not something you really can bring to their attention under the
current system.
