[E-trademarks] Suggestions for ID Manual additions

If the number of canceled events on the USPTO calendar is any indication,
it seems entirely possible that things may have become significantly
disrupted at the USPTO, but the last time I worked on one (before January,
2025) the entire process took less than a week.
