[E-trademarks] Duplicating applications in the new Trademark Center

You have to save the draft application immediately before you sign it and pay for it.  

And then go into drafts and duplicate it.  

Then finalize the original app.

I was under the impression that this does not work for an application that has already been filed.

I print the draft to pdf and save it in the file .  Can’t reuse it for another application like we did under the prior system
