[E-trademarks] Looking for representation for existing small client (transfer)

I have a very lovely San Diego client in need of TM representation.  You do not necessarily need to be in CA to be considered.

Client is a writer, educator, award-winning journalist, professional presenter, and food enthusiast, working in the health and wellness space.  She has two trademark registrations – one related to this professional space and one related to a “side hustle.”

The “side hustle” relates to clothing, and it is unclear how much energy that still receives, as her “main hustle” is very active.

She spoke with me about sub-branding her podcast, which would require a new TM application, and expanding the identified goods/services under the main brand in a new application, for which there already is a Certificate of Registration.

This would also involve transfer of the existing registered marks for further maintenance.
