First time scenario for me here:
After some negotiation, the other side agreed to file a Post Publication
Amendment to delete Class 25 from its application. A few weeks later the
application published, but the Post Publication Amendment hasn't been acted
on yet, so Class 25 is still live.
My instinct is to extend our time to oppose until I see Class 25 deleted,
but some research suggests that may be overzealous.
Has anyone faced this issue? All the lawyers are agreed, so this is purely
a procedural issue.
Thanks for the insight,
James
