1. How's everyone doing? ☺️

2. Did anyone hear privately that the timeline shortening for Requests for
Reconsideration after Final OA was fake, or is that at least the
concurrence here?

3. Has anyone else, besides Rachael Dickson, been working diligently to
attempt to add IDs to the Manual before our craftiness starts costing our
clients an additional $200 on 01/19? If so, how has your success been
(mine's been lacking)?
