[E-trademarks] Did anyone else lose their trademarks on the new system?

We had drafted about 15 applications on the new system hoping our clients would file prior to the fees going up. Well that didn't happen and only about 5-6 were signed and filed in time. But... ALL OF OUR OTHER 10 APPLICATIONS ARE GONE!! On the new system! They were only supposed to inactivate the ones on the old system! This is going to cost me a ton of time and money to redraft. (1) Did anyone have this issue? (2) How can I lodge a complaint as this is totally messed up- I want them paying for this as it is so infuriating!
