[E-trademarks] ON HOLD - ELECTRONIC RECORD REVIEW REQUIRED - What does this mean?

I had a renewal where the mark was amended pre-renewal, that was processed, received notice of renewal, and then this status appeared.  That was in January.  Still heard nothing further and a call the TAC got me nowhere.
