[E-trademarks] Amazon Brand Registry

Anyone aware of any way to "appeal" an Amazon Brand Registry refusal?  Relevant party does have a trademark registration for the relevant mark.

Refusal indicates: We are unable to approve your Brand Registry application because the trademark on the application either violates the intellectual property rights of others and/or is highly likely to be confused by customers for an established brand.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
