[E-trademarks] Join us for a USPTO Hour on trademark form authorization updates

I imagine what's going on here is the Trademark Office folks saw the 
many quite legitimate problems that we (in this listserv) identified 
about what those folks were doing to this CAR form.  So they'll try to 
answer things in that webinar.

I'd rather they do it in writing instead of just talking, but I guess 
it's better than nothing.
