[E-trademarks] Logo used with a literary work

Dear Group,

I know that a title of a literary work cannot be registered unless it is the name of a series, but what about a logo or graphic?  Any reason to think that would be viewed any differently?

In addition, I have a client asking for recommendations for counsel in China to help with registration.  I would appreciate a few suggestions.
