[E-trademarks] Trademark Work in Iran

[Stacey Watson]

Is anyone aware of an OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) Exception authorizing IP transactions with Iran? We have been able to find General License Number 31 authorizing payment to Russian trademark counsel for work done but we are looking for a similar one for Iran. Thank you!
