[E-trademarks] Domains not Transferred After UDRP Decision

That email, along with two others, at name.com is what we've been using. Hopefully you are right, I just filed that complaint this morning.
I once had a human contact at GoDaddy. She would fix any sort of hang up like this.

Unfortunately, some registrars are more difficult than others, but in my experience, filing an ICANN Contractual Compliance complaint gets the job done.
