[E-trademarks] NYTimes Strands puzzle

Fun Strands puzzle but I don’t like the Spanagram:  “Trademarked”.   I used to tell my students (when I taught trademark law and supervised a law school trademark clinic) don’t use trademark as a verb! You can’t trademark anything.
