Sounds like a glitch to me. I have not seen that. I think I would just pull it up from draft folder and send it back to the client to sign again and see if it works.

The client signed the application electronically and it came back to me to be submitted.
This is what I get when I click through on the “pay and submit” link:

Below this, all of the boxes are checked and the application is duly signed.
If I go down to the Continue button at the bottom right, nothing happens. If I try to change that drop down menu that says “Sign directly,” it asks me if I’m sure I want to change my application and the signer will have to re-sign the application, and if I click through, it deletes their signature. I don’t seem to have any way to submit this damn thing with the client’s signature and original filing date.
