I definitely second Kevin’s “no rhyme or reason” comment. We had two applications that were virtual twins, only one syllable difference between them, that made their way through examination lockstep, holding hands, and we filed the SOUs on the same day. One went to registration in barely a heartbeat, while the other one took so long to send us a notice of approval of SOU that we had to file a new EOT just to insure keeping the application alive. It’s still languishing in process somewhere in the SOU unit while its twin app has been registered for half a year or more. Just plain weird.

The approvals used to be issued in around 24 hours, but I filed two on the 11th and haven't received approvals yet.  Is anyone else seeing this?
