[E-trademarks] Delay in issuance of SOU extensions?

Ditto.  Recently had a couple that took ~4 months to get approved.  Got nowhere with the TAC but finally enlisted the help of the original examiner and she got them unstuck.

Now dealing with a couple of requests to delete 1(b) basis for a foreign client that were filed in early March and still no action.  SOU's due at the end of the month.

Maddening.

I have had some approved immediately, and some have been close to running out the clock on the requested extension.  Doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to it.

The approvals used to be issued in around 24 hours, but I filed two on the 11th and haven't received approvals yet.  Is anyone else seeing this?
