[E-trademarks] Delay in issuance of SOU extensions?

I've had many of these over the past several months and have found that
emailing TAC along with the examiner tends to work to get things moving.
Typically TAC will usher it along and THEN respond saying "the status is
such and such" once action has been taken, rather than responding right
away to let you know they're addressing it.
