[E-trademarks] [e-trademarks] paying deficiency fee in OA response

Hi.  I called the TAC but my wait time is 77 minutes!  So I am trying you folks.

I am filing a response to an office action where a deficiency fee of $100 was charged for missing information.  I cannot find a place in the TEAS form to select that I need to pay that fee.  No. 7 says: Do you need to submit a fee for: (1) an existing or additional class of goods/services/a collective membership organization due to a deficiency in the initial application and/or (2) processing a payment that has been refused or charged back?

But it only lets me pay $50.

Any idea where to find it?  Do I have to use a deposit account in the miscellaneous box?
