[E-trademarks] ITU question

Hi all

We filed an extension of time in March and it has not been processed, despite a lot of nudging of USPTO  by our paralegal. We have the next one due Oct 3 but we can't file it on line b.c the first one is still In limbo. Do we have to file it on paper somehow?  Or fax? Who even has a fax machine these days?

Tips appreciated.
