[E-trademarks] New authentication methods

I have to use Microsoft authenticator for the firm's web services.  So I
hooked up my uspto account to that, and so far it's no incremental failure
point.  I usually keep the phone in a different part of my house, not right
at my desk, so I have to go get it when I log in.
