[E-trademarks] ITU blocks - paper workaround

Thank you for posting and getting us thinking about this.

The natural next questions include how to pick a filing path. The 
simplest and in some ways most predictable is to mail it in with a 
Certificate of Mailing.  The next thing to wonder is if there is a fax 
number for this stuff.  As far as I can see, the answer is "no".  
Finally, during banker's hours, one could hand-carry it to the Madison 
building.
