[E-trademarks] CREDIT CARD OUTAGE

It's possible that [whatever the situation may be] is more complicated than
a credit card outage because:
1) I filed something on Monday afternoon / evening
2) I was able to enter credit card information
3) I pressed Submit
4) No filing receipt was issued
5) Credit card transaction history shows payment was made
6) Financial Manager records at the USPTO show a serial number was issued
7) no record of the filing has yet appeared in the online database
I'd be curious to know if anybody else filed anything on Monday but did not
receive a filing receipt?
