[E-trademarks] : Security interest/assignment question

In this case, TDSR front page shows that there is an assignment (a security
interest), which is good news.  But if I go to Documents and "click to load
assignments" it says "Assignments Documents - None Recorded," which is
obviously wrong given that the front page shows that there is a recorded
assignment.

Plus TDSR updated the owner shown to the owner of the security interest,
which is the other bad news.

How would we trigger the USPTO to fix that?
