There are two Richard E. Robinsons licensed in California. The address in the signature mostly matches that of Richard Edwin Robinson #90840, admitted in December 1979. The only difference is that Mr. Robinson's address of record with the California State Bar is PO Box 41725, rather than just the bare numbers 41725. I didn't find any trademark filings by this Richard Robinson searching whatever TEAS is now called.
The "firm" website lists that as an address as well as 500 W. Temple Street, Suite 726, Los Angeles, CA, which appears to be an office inside the Los Angeles County administration building. That seems...dangerous.
