All,

I have found the easiest way to get these sites down is to send an email to the domain host indicating that it violates their TOS. I have always gotten action in less than 24 hours!

This is just a variation on the classic Chinese registrar scheme from years past (and still occasionally today) where a registrar from China contacts you and tells you that a customer is trying to register domain names identical to your trademark and they are offering you the opportunity to register the domain names first.
