I’m sure it is either recycled from a similar scam or they just had it drafted by an AI based on another site.

This is just a variation on the classic Chinese registrar scheme from years past (and still occasionally today) where a registrar from China contacts you and tells you that a customer is trying to register domain names identical to your trademark and they are offering you the opportunity to register the domain names first.
