[E-trademarks] USPTO's pre-populated Madrid application form

Be prepared if you have to call the TAC.  I had to call about a Section 8 filing that hasn’t been approved after 16 months and I was put in the queue with 68 callers ahead of me.  I waited on hold for 94 minutes 😬.
