[E-trademarks] translation statements, statements regarding living individuals

The email that I quoted earlier today (from a high-up Trademark Office 
prson) says that one way to report design flaws in TC is to report them 
to "teas at uspto.gov".  So I plan to forward this design flaw there, with 
a bcc to the high-up person.
