[E-trademarks] translation statements, statements regarding living individuals

Russell,
I have been putting various negative statements into the miscellaneous
field for the express purpose of trying to avoid my clients from being hit
with a surcharge fee. I've seen too many instances of a random translation
from a not completely obscure dialect or language being forced into the
record, despite having nothing to do with the applicant, mark or
relevant goods or services.
