[Patentcenter] Can't copy and past patent numbers and publication numbers from Application Data in Patent Center

I'd be grateful if you can check to see whether this is covered by any 
of the following.  These are failures of Patentcenter to provide 100% of 
the functions of PAIR, such as:

  * Cannot copy and paste title or telephone number of the Examiner -

  * Copying patent number from "application data" used to work, but this
    got broken in the March 17 version of PC -

  * Copying international design registration number ("DM number") from
    "application data" used to work, but this got broken in the March 17
    version of PC - https://patentcenter-tickets.oppedahl.com/#CP136
