U.S. inventors? Is the Non-U.S. Residency button checked by any chance? Are the states listed in the both the residence and the mailing address?

Fun times.

Subject: [Patentcenter] Incorrect Notice to File Corrected Application Papers

We just got a Notice to File Corrected Application Papers for a case that had the issue fee paid 3 months ago.

The notice claims that the originally filed ADS (filed with the application, years ago) didn't include states for the inventors. But if you download the ADS, the states are there. If you look at the PatentCenter record, the states are there too. And of course our original ADS form has the states.

My admin has been on hold with the USPTO for an hour so far. This is particularly annoying because she was on hold with them for an hour and half on Monday, to ask about issuance status for case, and they just said they didn't know any reason for the delay.

This is ridiculous.
