[Patentcenter] Incorrect Notice to File Corrected Application Papers

I also had missing Inventor city and country on a filing receipt. The ADS
was completed correctly. The Applicant changed their business name shortly
after filing, so in conjunction with recording the change in name, I
updated the Applicant's name via an ADS and, in the explanation letter,
requested an updated filing receipt with the Applicant's new name and the
Inventor city/country from the originally filed ADS.

An updated filing receipt was issued a few days later with the correct
information.

Thanks,

John
