[Patentcenter] unable to download correspondence

Anyone else having trouble downloading correspondence today?  I have tried Chrome and Edge, inside our office an out, and have cleared my browser. For a lot of items the Quick Download column is blank; for others if I check the boxes and try to use the drop down menu to download them, then I get a message of no metadata or internal server error (same if I go into the application and try to use Documents & Transactions).  Another application has 3 items listed on our outgoing correspondence email, but only 2 are appearing in Patent Center.

I have been able to download some things, but definitely not all.  I called the EBC and opened a ticket; he advised they usually say 5-10 business day for a response, but with Patent Center in the ticket someone should be in contact soon.
