What about submitting the SB/17 form indicating the fees you intend to pay? I know it isn’t a PCT form, but that’s what we use when PC doesn’t list a fee. We will just put what we are paying in the “other” field at the bottom if they aren’t listed anywhere else.
Although this would only work if you are using a deposit account. Not sure how you would handle for credit card payments :/

Frustrating as Patent Center can be, the thing I find most frustrating is that something like David’s “bug” could go away tomorrow with absolutely no explanation. I don’t have a better suggestion than Cathy’s right now, but if you wait couple of days (since you have 10) the USPTO

Subject: [Pct] Another big-as-a-barn can't-get-an-application filed bug in Patent Center?
A couple weeks ago when nothing was working, using Patent Center, I tried to file a PCT application with an ePCT zip file. Nothing was working (I think that was the day Patent Center just crashed, seconds after I submitted this very application), so i didn't pay the fees.
The application papers are in the Patent Center file wrapper, but the "Application Information" page is not populated.
I need to pay the fees. I check all the boxes and -- the fee for "International Filing Fee (first 30 sheets) with ePCT zip file" isn't in the selectable lsit. The only fee is " INTERNATIONAL FILING FEE (FIRST 30 PAGES - FILED ELECTRONICALLY WITHOUT EPCT OR PCT-EASY .ZIP FILE)" (which isn't me), and the listed fee is pretty clearly wrong, based on my RO101 from ePCT. I have goofed around a bit to try to get the right fee calculation, no can do.
I have about 10 more days before the fees must be paid. Should I just wait until the application gets to WIPO, and then pay ePCT? Or send a paper check?
I have not called EBC. I don't need them to tell me that Patent Center is misbehaving and that they can't do anything about it.
