[Patentcenter] Receipt date wrong in View Receipt History

Relatedly, the "mail room date" on the Documents & Transactions tab in PC is
three days after the date on the certificate of transmission for a petition
I had to fax in (faxed because PC didn't have the right fees for the actions
I needed). I've talked to Office of Petitions and they say it doesn't matter
because they will use the date on the cert if I have to show I submitted
within the relevant time frame. Call me skeptical that this won't result in
a round or two to point out it wasn't late. 

 

Very frustrating to know that you can't trust the date shown in PC. That
tells me I'll need to open any document with date concern to see when it was
actually filed. And it also tells me to be sure to include the certificate
of transmission on everything.

Seems like a new bug. I don't often use that page, but was just able to find
an instance. Receipt Date on the screen says 1/19 but the acknowledge
Electronic Acknowledgement Receipt is 1/22.   Interestingly, it was an IDS I
started drafting on 1/19 and it was actually submitted 1/22 ... perhaps it
is showing the date the submission draft was first received?  (which does
not make any sense).

When accessing the recent submissions under the View Receipt History tab in
the Workbench, the receipt date listed in the second column of the table
does not reflect the correct date of filing as evidenced by previewing the
actual eReceipt in the last column of the table .  and of course, it's not
the wrong date for all of them, just some of them.

 

Is this a relatively new bug in the swarm? Thought I'd see if anyone here
has reported this to USPTO before I must scroll through the myriad bug
reports on the site..
